Scientific writing

Writing a thesis is a challenge for many students because the required skills are not practiced much during their studies. As part of a compact introduction, some important aspects are explained and recurring questions are answered.

The following topics are covered:

• Introduction to the theory of science
• Principles of good scientific practice
• Selected topics in traffic flow theory
• Scientific writing
• Presentation of lectures

Scientific writing and the presentation of technical papers take place in the subject area "Theory of Traffic Flow".
